It requires no special ability, equipment, or clothing and for many, it continues as a lifetime journey.
Tai Chi is a form of movement involving slow, fluid, continuous and circular motion. One of the important benefits is that it can improve your physical fitness while being non-strenuous and gentle on the joints. Many studies have shown that Tai Chi improves muscular strength, flexibility, fitness, immunity, relieves pain and improves quality of life.
