Kristine Keegan will lead us while we honor the moon’s soothing lunar energy and the winter solstice in a calming candlelit room. All levels are welcome! Just use your punch pass or drop in!
The winter solstice marks the shortest day of the year, and the longest night. Historically, the
Winter Solstice is a time to gather, a time to celebrate the Nature’s reawakening and returning sunlit
Gracefully flowing through “Moon Salutations”, we’ll then slow down to hold time and space with
Yin and Restorative like poses, before we land, relaxed, in Savasana.
This class is assessable to any level student.
You’ll leave rejuvenated, balanced and replenished, both in body and mind with an enhanced sense of peace, harmony and joy. What a perfact gift to shed any holiday stress or anxiety. Being affected by nature, it offers a time to focus on new beginnings, and intentions for the coming New Year.
