Take a guided inward journey to what lies within you in this all in one class.  Start the class with a breathing practice to ground and link your body and mind, then move into a gentle flow, to open and create space within your body.  You will then be prepared to land in the stillness of holding postures and encouraging a quiet mind.  Stillness helps to deepen your awareness to what truly lies within your body, your mind and your emotions.  Come explore and create a little more space in your life!
