This class involves synchronizing breath with a series of physically therapeutic and intentional poses… individualized therapy for our aching bodies and deep rest for our minds. The result is improved flexibility and circulation, a light and strong body and a calmer mind.
Our teachers are trained to teach this physical practice and the mental focus on breathing as a way to simulate the process of learning how to walk through our active lives with more awareness.
Options are offered for all poses- all people in all conditions can take this class.
