This class involves synchronizing breath with a series of physically therapeutic and intentional poses… individualized therapy for our aching bodies and deep rest for our minds. The result is improved flexibility and circulation, a light and strong body and a calmer mind. Our teachers are trained to teach this physical practice and the mental focus on breathing as a way to simulate the process of learning how to walk through our active lives with more awareness. Options are offered for all poses and we are happy to help you find what works for your body.
