Gentle Flow with Kristine Keegan

Join Kristine Thursday mornings to explore yoga poses in a slow, gentle flow.  A slower pace allows the journey to go beyond just the physical pose.  To allow you to also explore that body-mind relationship.

This class will include pranayama (breathing) practice, energy work, alignment and cultivate length & strength in your physical body.

This is a great class for the beginner and experienced practitioner.
