Led by Nicole French, join the staff of Scarborough Yoga for a 30 consecutive days of yoga starting Monday, May 1st!
Enhance your practice, commit to yourself and walk into summer looking and feeling great!
You know what yoga does for your body and your mind, now’s your chance to experience that same revitalization and deep sense of well-being for 30 days.
We know 30 straight days of yoga sounds like a lot, it may even sound impossible,
Here’s what it takes: Come to ANY 4 Scarborough Yoga classes a minimum of 4 days a week. (We’ve added classes) and fill in the other 3 days either at Scarborough Yoga, another studio, at home, with meditation, with other forms of self care and mindfulness! Make yoga work for you instead of feeling like you have to work for your yoga.
Check in with Nicole French once a week either via email, phone or text or the 30 Day Challenge Facebook Group, or come to one her classes!
Having someone touch base with you not only lends support, but a sense of accountability that will keep you showing up for you.
We’re added a Journal component this year. It can be as simple as “I did 20 minutes of Sun Salutations today” or “WOW, Meditation is harder than I thought.”. Of course fee free to scribble more in your journal, maybe even note what came up for you in your practice or if you are noticing a difference.
And lastly check yourself off on our studio participation board! See the days add up, leave notes for others, feel pride in the challenge you’ve taken on!
