Vinyasa Flow with Kristine Keegan

Join Kristine Keagan to jump start your weekend with a little Saturday morning vinyasa flow yoga.

Greet your day with a flow that warms you up, and moves you though a combination of sun salutations, standing poses, balancing postures, seated and reclining poses, backbends, and core work. You will be guided in and out of postures safely with correct alignment for poses and how to connect these poses to your breath. You’ll strengthen and lengthen your muscles before taking it back down to the mat. This class will send you out into the rest of your day and weekend invigorated.

Greet with day, with Kristine Keegan in this morning vinyasa flow.  Get your breath circulating, get your blood flowing.  Warm up slowly, moving into Sun Salutations and after a vigorous vinyasa flow, take it to the mat.  Strengthen, lengthen and set yourself up to tackle your day!

Modifications will be offered throughout.  All levels welcome.

Recharge your body, mind and spirit with postures and movement to increase flexibility and mobility while strengthening your muscles, core and mind/body relationship. Class will always include breathing techniques for focus and stress reduction, postures to release tension in the upper and lower body, use of blocks and bolsters, and meditation time to rejuvenate energy. This class is designed to suit all levels including beginners.
