Andrea has been practicing Yoga for over 10 years. She started when a chiropractor told her she could do more for herself than he could do.
“My biggest takeaway from practicing yoga is that it gives me breathing room. The room to pause before I react and recover when I do react to everyday life challenges.”
Andrea is an RYT 200 Yoga Teacher, through Jacqui Bonwell’s Sacred Seeds, 2013. (Check her out she is incredible! ) She also completed two Yin Teacher Trainings with Josh Summers.
Andrea has been a USATriathlon Level 1 Certified Coach since 2008, and co-founding partner of sheJAMs, an all women’s triathlon training club since 2010. She also complete her Reiki Master Training in 2017.
Andrea uses Yoga to help balance not just the workouts, but the crazy schedule that comes with life, family, kids, work, training, community and let’s not forget self.
